1. Get eBay ID
2. Go to eBay backend
3. Choose Buyer username, enter the buyer ID, and click Search

4. Choose Cancel order from the drop down list

5. Choose appropriate reason
6. Click Continue

7. Click Send Refund
8. Cancel the order in the main backend
9. Process refund at backend

11. Record the cancellation at the edit grid if customer disagrees to cancel order or too late to cancel order - link below
