In this case scenario, please try the following:
1. Check with your neighbors or people in your household who may have received the item for you.
2. Check your area as the parcel may have been hidden at a safe place by the delivery man.

Lost (Out of Stock):

In order to avoid further delay, we will be processing your full refund via PayPal since we will be unable to replace your order as this item is already out of stock. As per Lucy, if tracking information has no movement for at least 1 week, advise the customer that parcel may be lost. Refund right away. No need to wait for Lucy or Sylvia to decide.
