How to request a refund for eBay Payout payments

Refund for eBayPayout / eBay Payout

1. Click on Add Refund Request button
2. Tick box for the SKU to be refunded
3. Check the Quantity to be refunded
4. Enter Refund Amount
5. Select Reason for refund
6. On the Refund to section, select eBayPayout
7. Double check all the request details before you click on Submit this Refund Request button

Note: Refunds via eBayPayout will take at least 5 business days depending on the actual payment method used by the customer (as they may have used PayPal, Credit Card or Bank payments processed thru eBayPayout).
