How to Forward an Email via Kayako

Steps on forwarding Kayako Emails:


1. On the ticket to be forwarded, click Forward

2. On the email recipient bar, paste the recipient's email address, press your space bar and mark the Add to recipients tick box with a check. (If tick box does not appear, click right next to the email address and press your space bar).

3. Copy all the contents of the message and paste them all as your REPLY CONTENTS. Reply121.png

4. Ensure to select your ticket type, set your ticket status, and add ticket notes.


5. Click on Send and it's done!
