c. For CLEARANCE ITEMS, respond to offers even the stock is less than 10, but be aware of the last 2, it should be confirmed first with Sylvia.
d. For NONE-CLEARANCE items, decline offers when stock is less than 10 quantities. Respond to offers ONLY when stock is more than 10.

  • Step 4: Respond to offers. Accepting, declining and sending a counter offer depend always on the number of stocks and/or on the buyers offer.
a. Accepting Offers:
• Accept offers only when there is ENOUGH stock of the item and when buyer’s offer meets or exceeds the deadline price. Take note of the quantity.
• To accept, click “Accept offer”.

b. Declining Offers. Immediately decline offers when:
• NO ENOUGH stock of the item
• ONLY for CLEARANCE ITEMS: Buyer’s offer price is less than the deadline price
• To decline, click “Decline offer”.

c. Sending Counter Offer.
• When the item has enough stock but the buyer’s offer is less than the deadline price, we send our counter offer.
• We only send two (2) counter offers.
• First time offer is 30% of the buy it now price and deadline price range. For example, the buy it now price is £85 and the deadline price is £80, the range of the two prices is £5. Get the 30% of £5 which is £1.5. Then deduct it from the buy it now price. You will get a first offer price of £83.50.
• Second and last offer is the deadline price. In some cases, it is good to consider reasonable offers especially when the range of the buy it now price and the deadline price is big enough to be divided into three offers.
• Buyer may accept our counter offer or may send another counter offer.

NOTE: All accepted offers automatically creates a new order in eBay backend and awaits for buyer’s payment.
