1. Log in to https://marketplace.catch.com.au/mmp/shop
2. Go to My Messages for Ausway account
3. To check the messages for Ausway 2 account, click the drop down menu and select Ausway 2
4. The messages that are highlighted and in bold letters are those that are unread and needs reply. They may either be from customers or catch operator.
5. Click on the message to open it.
6. Check the message carefully. To reply, first select the Recipients. Click the drop down menu and select Customer.
7. Type your message properly at the message box.
8. To attach file, click Add attachment to the message', select the file from your PC and click Open
9. Check your message. To send, click Send button.
