3 Sending an email

1. For Crazysales:

A. Create new ticket by choosing AU-Crazysales = Orders

B. Create an email subject Order # xxxxxxxx

C. Use this template: On Hold orders

D. Send the email as Unassigned (Owner), Orders (Type) and Awaiting reply / Resolved (Status).

E. Do not forget your ticket notes.

2. For eBay (via Lark GC):

A. Use the following format when sending a request via GC:

Refund Qty:

Request: Please cancel, refund and send message below:
