Always choose the best option to answer the issue!
1. If the item was not received by customer, choose Add tracking details first then add message at the Comment section.
2. Use Send a message to the buyer option only for follow ups and other addition details.
3. Use Refund the buyer option if you need to refund the order. Using this option, the refund is automatically processed thru PayPal.
4. We rarely use Ask us to step in and help option. This is only used when it is the buyer's mistake but buyer is not cooperating.
