According to Michael Zhang, TIG has changed the support zone last month (February) and removed islands (such as Kangaroo Island) from support list.
With this, ask buyer first if there is an alternative shipping address. If so, update the address and process the order accordingly. Please note that shipping fee may change based on new postcode provided.
If buyer has no alternative address, cancel the order and refund.
