For Order Verification:

• CSR needs to call the customer.
• CSR needs to verify email address and shipping address.
• Then CSR will declare total amount of order and customer needs agree with the amount.
• Once done, set the order to processing and finish the system event.

Backend Notes:

• Phone verification done with [customer]

Verbatim:

• Hi! Good XXXX, this is [CSR Name]. I am looking for [customer].
• Once the customer answers: Hi [customer], good XXXX, this is [CSR Name] from CRAZYSALES order verification. We need to verify your order of [item/s] as we usually do this for orders $500 and above for your security and to avoid fraudulent purchases. Is it okay?

Customer agrees.....

• Can you provide the email address registered on file?
• How about your complete shipping address?
• Verify the order amount with the customer...
