Customers from both NZ and AU said missing fixing bars, actually, there is no fixing bar, (old user manual), so we need to explain the item doesn't have fixing bars.

GUN SAFE ISSUES: SFT-145E-20, SFT-145E-14, SFT-145E-10, SFT-145E-7, SFL-145K, RC-1, GDK-6, GDK-4
- Number 1. SFT-145E-20, SFT-145E-14, SFT-145E-10, SFT-145E-7: These are electronic lock gun safes. There are 2 ammo box keys and 2 emergency keys included in the package and these items don't have outdoor silver keys. Upon receiving, please remove the emergency key cover and use the emergency key to open the safe. If electronic lock does not work due to no battery, also use the emergency key to open the safe. If the keys are missing, we can send the blue master key for cx to open outdoor lock and ammo box lock.
- Number 2. SFL-145K, RC-1, GDK-6, GDK-4: These are mechanical lock gun safe. There are 2 pcs of ammo box keys and 2 pcs of outdoor silver keys included in the package. If the 2 pcs silver outdoor keys are broken, we cannot send master keys to cx. We have to confirm the silver key code to cx (normally the key code 7 numbers are sticker on the right side of gun safe) and ask 'AU warehouse for silver backup coder keys. If not available, please report to purchaser in order to ask supplier to provide the corresponding silver keys to cx. On the other hand, if only the inside ammo box lock keys, we can send the blue master keys to cx.

1. Make sure cable is properly plugged into the DC 5V slot, and on/off switch is turned on.
2. Sensor can only detect object moving right in front it within 1m range.
3. Some models will have slower reaction and move a few seconds after sensor is triggered.
