STRAIT NZ RETURN FOR REFUND
Please accept our apologies for this matter. We will arrange with our courier to collect the item from your address as soon as possible. Please pack the item back to its original packaging and have it ready for pick up. If the original box is not available, kindly use a different box and it will be fine. If you will not be home these days, just leave the package at the front door. To proceed please follow the instructions below
1. Kindly write your RETURN AUTHORIZATION or RA number which is RAXXXXXX on a piece of paper and attach it to the package. Please use the following format:
Return Authorization: RAXXXXXX Return Address: Zeaway Limited, 295 Landing Drive Māngere Auckland 2022
2. Please make sure that ALL ACCESSORIES (if applicable) that came along with the original packaging of your parcel are included upon return of the item back to us for an immediate refund process or a replacement unit.
Once we receive the item, we will check it right away. If the item is confirmed defective, we will thereby issue a full refund to you. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for your replacement or refund to be processed via the original payment method.
