Return for Replacement (NZ)

STRAIT NZ RETURN FOR REPLACEMENT
Please accept our apologies for this matter. We will arrange with our courier to collect the item from your address as soon as possible. Please pack the item back to its original packaging and have it ready for pick up. If the original box is not available, kindly use a different box and it will be fine. If you will not be home these days, just leave the package at the front door. To proceed please follow the instructions below
1. Kindly write your RETURN AUTHORIZATION or RA number which is RAXXXXXX in a piece of paper and attach it on the package. Please use the following format:
Return Authorization: RAXXXXXX Return Address: Zeaway Limited, 295 Landing Drive Māngere Auckland 2022
2. Please make sure that ALL ACCESSORIES (if applicable) that came along the original packaging of your parcel is included upon return of the item back to us for an immediate refund process or a replacement unit.
Once we receive the item, we will check it right away and process your replacement as soon as possible.
Please note that we would try out best to provide a replacement for you. However, it is not guaranteed because the stock availability varies from time to time. If the item is out of stock when we receive your returning item, we will offer a refund to you instead of a replacement. Thank you for your understanding.
