For incorrect postcode:

For eBay orders, go to eBay backend and search using the buyer ID. Copy the nominated Suburb and go to Australia Post Postcode Finder: http://auspost.com.au/postcode. Search for the correct postcode. If after changing the postcode on out backend, the total amount changed, go to http://106.75.199.24/mediawiki/index.php?title=*Paid_Amount_Doesn%27t_Match_(Shortfall/Extra_Payment)
