Refuse item (Change of Mind - AU)
WARNING!
- You can only advise the customer to refuse the parcel if the order is not from eBay and the customer has sent us an email during working hours and at that time the order is not yet dispatched or no label is printed yet.

We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to cancel your order as it was already dispatched after your payment has been confirmed. After an order has been paid, it is sent to our warehouse where our automated dispatch process begins and we are unable to interrupt this process. As an option for you, you can refuse the parcel upon delivery. The item will be sent back to us and under our 30 Day Change of Mind Policy, and we will be more than glad to arrange a store credit to your CrazySales account for the total amount less 20% and less postage. Postage fee is nonrefundable and if the item was sent with free postage, delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount. You may use these credits for future purchase with us at CrazySales.com.au. Please notify us as soon as you refused the parcel. Thank you for your cooperation.
