How to Request Full Refund - Kogan

Full refunds for orders that has been dispatched can be issued directly through the Dispatch Portal.


  • Find the Order/SKU to be refunded searching on the Completed Orders or Search Orders buttons.


  • Once you have found the correct order/SKU, click on the Manage Order Button.

  • Check the Customer name, Order ID and SKU and click on the Refund Item button.

  • Fill in the values on the fields and click on Confirm Refund.

  • Go to our Main Backend and add a refund request.


NOTE:For partial refunds, you will still need use the macro in Zendesk. You can find more information at How to Request Partial Refund - Kogan
