We are really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. We have confirmed that your order was dispatched already ON XXX and to be delivered via Posthaste with the tracking number of 1832439-XXX to the address below;

Unfortunately, we can no longer change your shipping address or add items once an order has been generated. Also, we are unable to cancel orders once you have made payment. After an order has been paid, it is sent to our warehouse where our automated dispatch process begins and we are unable to interrupt this process.
