How to Request Full Refund - Kogan

1. Click Public Reply
2. Click Apply macro
3. Select Marketplace - Transfer to Kogan - OK to Refund
4. A template will appear. Please do not change or add anything on the template.
5. Click Submit as Pending
6. While you are on the same ticket, click on Internal note
7. Enter your request as shown below:
8. ClickSubmit as Pending
9. Go to our Main Backend and add a refund request.
