HOW AN EBAY CUSTOMER CAN LEAVE FEEDBACK?
After making a purchase, you have 60 days to leave Feedback. Here's how:
1. Go to your purchase history, or select Buying on your mobile phone.
2. Select an order, then select Leave Feedback.

To leave Feedback:
1. Locate the item for which you want to leave Feedback. For example, if it is an item you've bought, it will be in Won section.
2. In the Take action drop-down menu for that item, click Leave Feedback.
3. Enter the Rating and comments for your trading partner.
4. If you were the buyer in the transaction, you can leave additional ratings for the seller.
5. Click the Leave Feedback button.
