Please accept our apologies for this matter. We will arrange with our courier to collect the item from your address as soon as possible. Please pack the item back to its original packaging and have it ready for pick up. If the original box is not available, kindly use a different box and it will be fine. If you will not be home these days, just leave the package at the front door. Please do not forget to write down the return address and reference number xxxxxx on the parcel:
