Cancelled Order / Duplicate Order - Crazysales Issue

Upon checking our system, we found out that you have placed (2) identical orders under your account with order numbers xxORDERIDxx and xxORDERIDxx. The former has expired 2 days after being placed due to no payment received while the latter was processed after the payment of xxAMOUNTxx has been confirmed on xxDATExx. Once the order is sent out, you will receive a confirmation email in your registered email account together with your tracking details.
