1. Reply to customer's inquiry with the Investigation Template taken from Lost (eBay Oz-auction/Crazysales)
2. Submit an online inquiry at Fastway tracking website.
3. Email Narg at cs8.melbourne@fastway.com.au / accountmanager.melb@fastway.com.au to escalate the inquiry.
3. Once confirmed damaged, ask customer if willing to have refund or replacement and process it accordingly.
4. Submit damaged claim to Fastway. We will need to email a cost price invoice within 7 business days to: claims.melbourne@fastway.com.au and fastway.claims@freightsafe.com . Please ensure that the label number and sender details are provided in the email.
