Need to contact Mydeal team about an order

1. Send an email to Caitlin Moore <caitlin@mydeal.com.au>
2. Make sure to include the Mydeal Order ID in the email or use it as the email subject so they can identify which order you are referring to
3. Use only Kayako to create an email


For shortfall and redelivery cases, the refer below:

1. Send an email to shopsupport@mydeal.com.au
2. Make sure to include the Mydeal Order ID in the email or use it as the email subject so they can identify which order you are referring to
3. The email must state the required additional amount inc GST and reason for the charge
4. Use only Kayako to create an email
