1. Send an email to Caitlin Moore <caitlin@mydeal.com.au> or for shortfall cases, to shopsupport@mydeal.com.au
2. Make sure to include the Mydeal Order ID in the email or use it as the email subject so they can identify which order you are referring to
3. Use only Kayako to create an email
