How to process a Replacement parts

1. Get eBay user ID or Order ID
2. Enter the eBay user ID OR Order ID on the search field

3. On the lower right hand of the screen, choose Add Resent order

4. Enter the details required such as:

a.SKU
b.Resent Quantity
c.Platform: Choose eBay
d.Resent Type: Choose Part SKU if replacement part or Item SKU if replacement item
e.Creator: This should always be us-customer
f.Operator: Always choose vickyw
g.Resent reason type: For Logistics packet loss this means lost in transit' or courier issue.
h.Resent reason: Format should be: Ticket ID, reason and resolution as provided by Vicky Wei.

5. Then, Click on Add Resent Order

Once this has been processed, the Resend Order List page will show up and the order ID that required a replacement will be on the top list.

Please DO NOT FORGET' to inform Vicky Wei that you have processed this. Vicky will be the one to finalize the process.

NOTE: Provide customer the tracking information by checking the Resend Order List within the day or after 24hrs

6. Add details on the Resend Excel File
