CASE 1: Customer phone number is incorrect
Procedures:
- Click "Finish"
- Get the last 10 digits of the phone number which is "0414801947"
- Paste it to the Contact number box
- Click "Save Address"
The contact number will be changed and saved. Also, the order status will automatically be changed into "Processing"
For double checking, you may go to the eBay backend to see if the other information matched.
CASE 2: Customer phone number is blank
Procedures:
- Click "Finish"
- Put "0400000000" as contact number
- Click "Save Address"
The contact number will be saved and the order status will automatically be changed into "Processing"
For double checking, you may go to the eBay backend to see if the other information matched.
Important note: YOU MAY NEED TO ASK FOR CONTACT NUMBER FROM THE CUSTOMER FOR ITEMS THAT WILL BE SENT VIA TOLL IPEC AND OTHER DROP-SHIPPING ITEMS
