PO BOX Issue

For all items, we choose the cheapest postage to save from postage fees. Normally, but not for all times, our Crazysales postage calculator provides the cheapest courier we can use for every item based on buyer's postcode and suburb. For P.O. Box and Parcel Locker addresses, since only the Australia Post can post items to these addresses, once our system detects this kind of address, it will put the order On Hold and you have to manually check to see if the order needs a physical/residential address.

Because only the Australia Post can post items to P.O. Box and Parcel Locker addresses, the system may automatically change the courier from Toll IPEC or Fastway into eParcel/Australia Post and this will cause us to pay an expensive postage fee. To avoid this, we must check the postage calculator in Crazysales and confirm if the courier is Australia Post or not and which is cheaper.

If the courier provided in the Crazysales postage calculator is also Australia Post, just process the order and finish the system event. There is no need for a physical/residential address. However, if the courier is Toll IPEC or Fastway, and the postage is cheaper, we must ask the buyer to provide us a physical/residential address from the buyer.

Once the required address is provided, just change it in the order and the system will automatically change the courier to the cheapest one.

Process: Since the courier and postage are the same, just process the order.

 The address is a Parcel Locker:



 The courier is eParcel and Our Postage is $21.14 in the Backend:



In the Postage calculator, the courier is Fastway and Postage is only  $17.1:



Process: Since the postage via Fastway is cheaper, ask the buyer for physical/residential address.
