- If buyer complains that a wrong item was received, ask the buyer to provide us photos to prove the issue. The photos must be of item received, model number is shown on the box and package with postal label on it. Click here for the template.
- Once the photos are provided, check with Lucy/Sylvia if the item is our product. It is important to report such issue to Lucy/Sylvia so that we can claim our loss from WINIT.
- If the item is our product, ask the buyer to return the item for replacement or refund depending on buyer's choice for resolution. Please click here for the procedures in returning the item.
