Always choose the best option to answer the issue!

1. We only use Accept the return option if it is a Change of Mind case for UK (unopened and unused items) and Wrong item sent (with Lucy/Sylvia's approval only).

2. Use Give a full refund option if you need to refund the order in full. Using this option, the refund is automatically processed thru PayPal.

3. Use Offer partial refund option if the issue can be resolved with a partial refund. You can send message together with the partial refund offer. If the buyer accepts the partial refund, it will be automatically processed via PayPal and the request will be closed at the same time.

4. Use Send a message to the buyer option only for follow ups and other additional details such as requesting for proof, providing further instructions, etc.
