How To Change/Update Shipping Address UK

Warning!
We can only change or update the shipping address of an order if:
1. Shipping information is not yet imported.
2. Order has Failed to create dispatch order in WINIT.
- Even if the order status is Processing, it is still not possible to change the address if Shipping information has been exported unless an error occurred with the order and has resulted to a system event Failed to create dispatch order and it is not yet fixed.
- However, if the system event is already fixed and The dispatch order has been created, changing the address is no longer possible.

Image 3. Orders status is processing and shipping information has been imported but failed to create dispatch order. Possible to change address only if system event is not yet fixed and no dispatch order created.![]()
To change/update the address please follow the steps below:
- Procedures for Shipping information is not yet imported.
1. Change the details marked with arrows and click Saved Address to update.
- Procedures for Failed to create dispatch order
1. Go to the "Shipping" tab:
2. Click on "View Details" for the corresponding order.
3. Change the shipping details and lick "Update Shipping Info" once done editing.
4. Click on "Create WINIT order" once done. Please note to click this option only when you are done correcting the information.
