Paid Cancled Order/ Paid twice

Event type: Paid Canceled Order/ Paid twice

Detail: Payment received when the order status is processing.

Payment method: Bpay



This system event is usually a result of a second payment made by the customer for the shortfall after a notice has been sent. Please note that the buyer here has paid via Bpay.


This sample shows that the actual paid amount does not match the order total amount:

In this case, we have sent a shortfall notice to the buyer to inform the customer about the status of the order and to ask for payment. Then the buyer paid:

Procedures:

  • Just click “Re-Calculate” and the payment will automatically added to the actual paid amount:

  • After the payment has been added to the actual paid amount, please make sure to change order status into “Processing”.

  • Click on “Finish”.
