Price Match Refund in Temu

- At the Seller Center page, go to Orders, select Manage returns and click on Pending actions.
- If the reason for request is price match refund or price adjustment refund, Temu will deal with it. Wait for Temu to review the request. It will either be accepted or denied.
- If the request is accepted by Temu, go to CS Backend and log a refund request for the exact amount refunded by Temu.
- If the request is denied by Temu, no further action is needed on our part.
- If the request is accepted by Temu and it shows Refunds covered by Temu, no further action is needed on our part.
