How to Request a Change Address in Temu

  • If the order is Unshipped and we need to ask customer for correct/complete address, or for physical/residential address, go to Orders > Manage orders and search for the order using the Temu Order ID. Once the order appears, click on the Temu Order ID and you will be redirected to the Order details page.

  • At the Order details page, click Request a change.

  • Select the most appropriate reason and click Submit.

  • The buyer will receive the request on their account. To ensure that the customer receives our request clearly, please also send a message via Contact Buyer, see Sending Outbound Message in Temu.

  • Go back to the Order details page and take note of the Ship within time frame. This is waiting time we will allow for the customer to respond. Use this to set your Wechat Reminder to be reminded when to cancel the order if the buyer fails to respond on time.

  • Within the Ship within time frame, you can send a followup message to the customer, see (Sending Outbound Message in Temu). If the buyer fails to respond within the given time frame, click on Request to cancel the order.

  • Enter your brief description of the reason why you are requesting to cancel the order (the buyer failed to change address or respond to request on time). Upload screenshots of the messages you sent to the buyer. Click Submit and cancel and refund the order in the CS Backend.
