We are sorry for the inconvenience. Regarding the case, we are sincerely sorry to inform you that we are not able to send replacement parts as we are tied up with a third-party warehouse and do not have our own staff to send the parts to you. In this case, we were wondering if you are willing to keep the item should we offer £xxx partial refund. Please let us know if this will be acceptable.
