1. Get the order ID/email ID/phone number/receiver name/shipping address
2. Search for the order - backend
3. Choose "Cancel Order" from the drop down list at the bottom left of the page
4. Click "Internal Only"
5. Put a note at the backend

TICKET ID XXXXXX
-cancel order
>>
6. Click "Internal Only"
7. Proceed with the refund process
