1. Open "RMAgent" 0055.jpg

2. Click "Tasks" 0056.jpg

3. Click "Delivery Issue" 0057.jpg

4. Enter order ID 0058.jpg

5. Enter order ID 0059.jpg

6. Choose the reason 0060.jpg

7. Click "Add record" 0061.jpg

8. A dialog box will appear, just click "OK" 0062.jpg
