  • As the ebay messaging upgraded it's feature, we don't need to ask the customer to send the photo/s to ozauction@gmail.com just ask customer to directly send the photo/s via ebay messaging.

-Resolved: if case is resolved
-Closed: if ticket is an auto close email ex. SPAM. Auto email, Service offered emai etc...
-In progress: for LOST cases
-Awaiting reply: if proof or further communication is needed from the customer
