WINIT Items

To return an item due to change of mind, not as described, and the like, follow the procedures below:
- 1. Login to WINIT system.
- 2. Choose "Fulfillment":
- 3. Choose "Order Status":
- 4. Search the order using the dispatch order:
- 5. Click "Return"
- 6. Choose "Take a photo"
- 7. Click "Continue"
- 8. Get the RMA number and click "Submit"
- 9. Click "Print" and the PDF form will be downloaded.
- 10. Send the PDF file to the customer and instruct the customer to:
- a. Print a copy of the PDF
- b. Fill "Recipient" with RMA number
- c. Return address: customer should fill it with the one shown on the PDF
- d. Put the printed copy into the return package
- 11. Templates available at: *UK Return "Most Wanted"
