This Article is for Merging multiple tickets to one if the issue is related to the other tickets.


1. Check the History of the Ticket

2. Open the Tickets to see if the Tickets are indeed relating to 1 case 3. Click Edit

History or possible related tickets and Edit

4. Copy and Paste the Ticket ID of the Ticket you want to merge to

Adding Ticket to Merge

5. Merge Successful and you will see a decrease on the history page
