Replying to Temu Information Ticket

- At the Seller Center page, go to Performance and select Information ticket. Check the Pending tickets and click View to review the ticket.
- Check the Problem Description, check the order details in Temu and CS Backend. Track the order and contact the custmer. Use the Ticket ID number as reference for you CS Backend Logs. After checking the issue, click on Reply.
- In this case, the delivery issue is due to incomplete/incorrect delivery address. We will need to inform Temu and the customer.
- At the Order details page, click on the message icon next to Contact buyer.
- Select the appropriate Reason for contact, enter your message to the buyer, and click 'Preview.
- Click OK to send. Then view the message and take a screenshot of it.
- Reply to the ticket. Select Will be redelivered for Verification result, set at least a week for the Estimated redelivery time, add details on remarks and attached screenshots of the courier tracking and your message to the customer.
- Once done, you can view your reply. Get the Ticket ID as reference for your CS Backend log.
