WINIT Shipping

  This is a list of orders generated everyday by WINIT. The list shows the number of successful and unsuccessful orders WINIT has processed.

Procedures:

• Step 1. Login to UK Backend

• Step 2. Go to the "Shipping" tab:

• Step 3. Review the "Successful created". The green color represents to order with successfully created dispatched order and red represents those which failed to create dispatch orders:

• Step 4. View the list of orders by clicking on "View Details":

• Step 5. View the order by clicking on the order ID, then check the error. Get the information needed.

• Step 6. Once you get the correct information needed, to process the order click on "View Details".

It will bring you to a page where you can edit/change information. Click "Update Shipping Info" once done editing.

• Step 7. Then click on "Create WINIT order" once done. Please note to click this option only when you are done correcting the information.

• Step 8. Finish the system event on our backend. Also, it it very important to place a note on the backend for important changes done with the order for future references. This is to make sure that if we need to resend an item, we will be able to send it to a correct address.
