3. Suburb Error

For incorrect suburb:

• Check address via Google Maps. Sometimes, some customers are confused in which suburb he/she belongs. If Google provides a number of suggestions, it means the address needs to be confirmed first with the customer.

Reminders: 

1. Remember to check if the total amount will changes after an address is provided. Process refund for extra  payment 
   or ask for additional   payment if there is a shortfall.      
2. Please note that the suburb is very important to be correct to avoid delivery issue due to wrong address. It is 
   always better to ask the buyer directly if the address is confusing.
