Sending Outbound Message in Temu

  • To send an outbound message via Temu, first you have to copy the Temu Order ID which starts with 'PO' from the CS Backend.

  • Then go to Seller Center page in Temu, click Orders, select Manage Orders and search for the order using the Temu Order ID.

  • On the search result, ensure the filter for Order status is set to All. When the order is displayed, simply click on the message icon next to the Buyer name:

  • You will be redirected to the Contact Buyer page. Select the Reason for contact.

  • Enter your message in 500 characters or less and click on Preview when done.

  • Review your message and click OK to send.
