Change address after order sent (NZ)
Note: This can be used for Dispatch order or orders that cannot be canceled
We understand that you want to change your delivery address for this order. However, we have confirmed that your order was already dispatched on xxDATExx and via xxCOURIERxx with the tracking number of xxxx to the address below:

Unfortunately, at this stage, we can no longer change your shipping address. Also, we are unable to cancel orders once you have made payment. After an order has been paid, it is sent to our warehouse where our automated dispatch process begins and we are unable to interrupt this process.
