Returns via ParcelPoint

ParcelPoint return is only applicable if the item to be returned weighs no more than 10kg and the sum of L+W+H is not over 120cm.
Simply add the dimensions of the parcel (L+W+H) to get the sum. If it exceeds 120cm, it means that it can no longer be returned via ParcelPoint and you will need to arrange a Pickup with ECOM.
If the parcel weighs no more than 10kg and the sum of its Length, Width and Height is not over 120cm, you can proceed with Parcel point return.
