Post Haste - Request for Pickup (Old Procedure)

PROCESS:
- For Posthaste returns, the CSPH agent who is handling the case will be the one to arrange a pick-up.
- To arrange a pick-up, the template below needs to be emailed through to FREIGHT.FORWARD@posthaste.co.nz and please CC PHG-AKLFFW@posthaste.co.nz and escalations@limei-trading.com
- Posthaste staff will then give our customer a call to arrange the collection.
- Once confirmed, the agent will receive a reply back on the pickup request with the Booking ID.
