We understand that you want to change the shipping address of your order. Unfortunately, your order was dispatched via Sendle with tracking number xxxx. Since the item was already sent, we are unable to change the shipping address. In this case, we can either request to the courier to have the parcel delivered to their depot near you where you can collect it or to have it returned to sender (us). Should you prefer a depot collection, please let us know so we can request it to the courier. On the other hand, if you prefer to have the item returned to us, we can also request this to the courier, however, please note that you will need to wait for the item to be delivered back to us before we can proceed resending it to you with an applicable redelivery charge.
