WINIT Shipping

  This is a list of orders generated everyday by WINIT. The list shows the number of successful and unsuccessful orders WINIT has processed.

Procedures:

• Step 1. Login to UK Backend: http://admin.globaloutlet.co.uk/admin.php?dpt

• Step 2. Go to the "Shipping" tab:

• Step 3. Review the "Successful created". The green color represents to order with successfully created dispatched order and red represents those which failed to create dispatch orders:

• Step 4. View the list of orders by clicking on "View Details":

• Step 5. View the order by clicking on the order ID, then check the error. Get the information needed.

• Step 6. Once you get the correct information needed, to process the order click on "View Details".

It will bring you to a page where you can edit/change information. Click "Update Shipping Info" once done editing.

• Step 7. Then click on "Create WINIT order" once done. Please note to click this option only when you are done correcting the information.

• Step 8. Finish the system event on our backend. Also, it it very important to place a note on the backend for important changes done with the order for future references
