After an order has been processed, the data is sent to our warehouse where our automated dispatch process begins and we are unable to interrupt this process.

We encourage all our customers to review their order quantity and items before completing the checkout process in order to avoid any issues on the order.

However, we do offer 30 Day Change of Mind wherein if you don’t want to keep the product, as long as the package is unopened, you can get it returned for a refund via store credits. The refund amount will not include the delivery costs. If the item was delivered for free, delivery cost will be deducted. Handling fees will also apply at 20% of the purchase price.
