Cancelled Order / Duplicate Order - Crazysales Issue

Upon checking our system, we found out that you have placed (2) identical orders under your Crazysales account with order numbers xxORDERIDxx and xxORDERIDxx. The order XXXXXXXX has expired 2 days after being placed due to no payment received, while the order XXXXXXX was processed after the payment of xxAMOUNTxx has been confirmed on xxDATExx. Once the order is sent out, you will receive a confirmation email in your registered email account together with your tracking details. Please allow xxETAxx working days for the item to be delivered.

Furthermore, to check the status of your order, you can login to your Crazysales account and follow the steps below:
1. Click on "My Account"
2. Proceed to "Order History"
3. Click on "View" next to the order number
